• Enrolment is subject to eligibility review and acceptance by IOI Labs.
• IOI Labs reserves the right to reject any application without stating reasons.
• Internship programmes are offered remotely unless explicitly specified otherwise.

3. Certificate Issuance

• Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of the internship programme, including submission of all required tasks and projects.
• Certificate IDs are unique, non-transferable, and permanently linked to the registered intern.
• Certificates may be withheld or revoked for misconduct, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.
• All certificates are verifiable through the official tool on this website.

4. Certificate Verification

The verification system on this website is solely for authenticating certificates issued by IOI Labs. IOI Labs is not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on verification results. Employers and institutions are encouraged to cross-verify through official channels.

5. Intellectual Property

Violations may result in immediate termination of the internship and revocation of the certificate.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to forge, replicate, or tamper with any certificate.
• Using automated tools to access or scrape the verification system.
• Misrepresenting your association with IOI Labs or Interns of Industry.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts website services or infrastructure.

8. Certificate Forgery — Legal Warning

Forging, altering, or misusing certificates issued by IOI Labs is a criminal offence under Sections 465, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000. IOI Labs will pursue legal action against violations without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from internship participation.
• Loss of employment opportunity based on internship completion or non-completion.
• Technical downtime or unavailability of the verification system.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Refund & Payment Policy

All fees paid to Interns of Industry (IOI Labs) are strictly non-refundable. By enrolling in any internship programme and making a payment, you agree to the following:

• Programme fees, registration charges, and any other payments made to IOI Labs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-completion, or personal reasons.
• No refunds shall be issued once the enrolment is confirmed and programme access has been granted.
• In the event IOI Labs cancels a programme, affected interns may be offered an alternative programme slot or credit — no cash refund shall be provided.
• Chargeback requests or payment disputes filed without prior communication to IOI Labs will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent disqualification from all IOI Labs programmes.
